- The Winter Festival: This creative celebration kicks off the year during the first weekend of February. Events at the Winter Festival include barrel racing for the kids and the infamous on-ice Bed Races. - The Strawberry Festival: Held the fourth weekend of June, this festival focuses on Wisconsin's booming strawberry industries. Along with these three full-scale celebrations, Cedar Creek also hosts six smaller festivals entitled the Festive Friday Eves. These one-day wonders are held each of the six Fridays before Christmas. The first Festival Friday is always an ethnic celebration, while the follow weeks focus on a unique Christmas theme.
