Wisconsin Travel and Centanni: A Piano Bar

Centanni is the modern version of the classic 1940s nightclub, with the infusion of Art Deco, Italian, and contemporary designs. This is one of the most unique bars you can visit on you Wisconsin travels in Milwaukee. The word in Italian actually means "may you live 100 years", but here in Milwaukee it means a good time is guaranteed.

Get into the groove

This nightclub plays live music nightly, with a number of styles. There are piano men, jazz trios, Rat Pack impersonators, and many more unique performers that you may not expect on your travel through Wisconsin. While you are here, you can also enjoy the award-winning Martini's, fabulous wines, fine cigars, and more. The music is not the only reason people come here, but it certainly is what keeps them coming back!

Plan your visit for you

Each night, there is something different going on at Centanni. You can plan your Wisconsin travel based on your preferences. On Mondays, there is Manic Monday. This is an evening for the service industry with DJ DMX. The vibe is Euro House and Drum & Bass. All drinks are half off.

Total Request Tuesday features Piano Man Marcell Marcell. He takes all requests from the audience and Cosmos are only $5, while all wine by the glass is $2 off.

Wednesday is an evening of music, laughter, and more with another piano man. There are 40 kinds of martini's on sale on Wednesdays for the Martini lover in you.

Legendary Thursday is made for the ladies. As one of Milwaukee's most famous ladies' nights, the club offers $4 specials on martini's and house wines for the gals paying their own way.

Friday you will find your favorites spinning with Top 40 all night.

Inside the club

The bar was designed to reflect what it is like to go to an Italian party, as there is a large Italian influence in this bar. The bar has a layout designed to help people make it to there the action is, sometimes compared to the kitchen at a party. There are other areas that may be more comfortable, but people always want to be in the middle of the action. The main bar acts like the kitchen, and there are smaller rooms off to the side where people can talk and have a bit more privacy.

Visiting the club

Centanni is located at 218 North Water Street in the historic Third Ward of Milwaukee. While you are traveling through Wisconsin, this is a great place to stop for a unique experience as it is not your average nightclub.
