Milwaukee Car Rental and Extreme World

Extreme World, located in Wisconsin Dells, is the largest extreme sports park of its kind in the Midwest. Visiting with your Milwaukee car rental, you will experience thrill rides that you will not see in any other amusement park.

Free fall

The new feature attraction of the park is Terminal Velocity, the only ride in the world that allows you to free fall in a controlled environment, without any support. You start by taking the elevator to the top where a staff member activates the descend system that allows you to free fall. After a tortuous countdown, you are released completely without attachments. Airtubes and break suspensions around the double net stop your fall so softly that you will feel no impact when you stop. You will then be lowered the short distance to the ground.

Another falling experience is the bungee jump, the only one in the Midwest that provides you with an ankle-harness for the free fall. You will shoot to the ground at 40 miles per hour, then rocket back up and fall again. You will bring home a memory when you leave in your Milwaukee car rental.

There are also the fastest go-karts in the Dells here. Before driving off in your Milwaukee car rental you can race around the track a couple times. These are guaranteed to be the fastest in the area.

Visiting Extreme World

Attractions at Extreme World are priced separately, and it can be a little expensive if you want to do multiple rides. Make sure you plan ahead when visiting with your Milwaukee car rental for the costs involved. Admission to the park and parking with your Milwaukee car rental is free. During peak periods, you may not have the chance for a second ride, so enjoy your time here to the fullest.

To get to Extreme World with your Milwaukee car rental, you will need to take the US-41 from Milwaukee, then merge onto the I-94. At exit 138/I-94 Exit 240, turn right onto the I-90. Exit at 92 and turn right onto US-12. You will arrive at Extreme World at 1800 Wisconsin Dells parkway.

Nearby attractions

The Wisconsin Dells is quite a large area, and while staying here there are a lot of attractions to visit and some of them are far apart. Treasure Island Waterpark Resort is just across the street from Extreme World. At Treasure Island there are over 35 acres of outdoor and indoor water activities. Here, you can stay and play for free when you stay in the hotel here at Treasure Island.

Extreme World is an experience you will not want to miss when you are in the Dells. It is unlike any other experience you will have.
